Trenchless installation of pipes and culverts
The Hammerhead range of moles, rammers and pipe bursters enable the installion of not ony new pipes/culverts under roadways, railways etc., but also the replacement of old failing ones.
The systems enable these works to be completed with a greatly reduced impact on the local area and ground surface compared to traditional open cut methods of installation or replacement.
Embankment stabilisation and foundation works
Hammerhead pneumatic mini piler’s can be utilised for various foundation works including platforms and signals, as well as for ground stabilisation works.
MTS Suction systems are suitable for material removal at a distance during embankment repair works following from land slippage etc.
Deep excavation and tunnelling works
MTS Suction Systems benefit from high performance air flow and suction which make them ideal for the removal of excavated and other materials at depth and distance.
Applications include basement construction works where traditional conveyor or hand balling techniques of removing material are replaced with simple suction technology.
Smaller, manual tunnelling works and pipe jacking works also require the removal of materials from depth and distance where suction systems offer an efficient and labour saving alternative to the traditional methods of removal.
